Zomick's Breakfast Proposal: Mini- fine Donuts

Want your family or your loved ones to delight some tasty breakfast? - A spokesperson for Zomick's cookbook says that this is the right recipe for you. It’s a fine mixture of mini doughnuts (or donuts) that will bring joy to the sweet senses to the ones who try these donuts out and be sure that you are going to have to make some more next time…

Zomick's mini doughnuts

Ingredients:

Dough:
  • 1/2 cube of yeast
  • 150 ml. tepid milk
  • 150 ml. lukewarm water
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 teaspoon sugar
  • 500-600 g. Flour (as needed)
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1 egg

Filling:
  • powdered sugar
  • jam / marmalade / chocolate cream
  • preparation:

Preparation:

  • In mild water and milk melt the yeast. Add the salt, sugar, flour, cooking oil and egg. Kneaded the dough and leave for 30 minutes to high.
  • Roll out crust dough into 1 cm thick glass and remove the donuts. This shaped, leave for 5 minutes to go, and then fry them in hot oil. First fry on one side until you "grow" donut and golden-yellow color, and then flipping the other side. From this dose 17-20 out donuts.
  • Ready donuts sprinkle with powdered sugar or fill with cooking syringe of your choice (with jam, with jam or chocolate spread).

Quick home chocolate eggs

Zomick's chocolate eggs


The preparation of these eggs, you need:
  • 350 g. chocolate
  • 250 g sugar
  • 2 yolks
  • teaspoon black coffee
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 vanilla sugar
  • chocolate powder
  • colorful decorative chocolate crumbs

Melt the chocolate steam. Separately mix yolks with sugar, add butter, then coffee and chocolate. Allow to cool. Frame the eggs and sprinkle with chocolate powder and decorate with colorful or decorative chocolate crumbs. “These chocolate eggs have been made from love, with love and for love” says Zomick's.
